Simple green smoothie, yum!

Here is the smoothie I try to make every morning. It's simple, wakes me up, and is full of good, healthy stuff to start your day on the right foot!

Give it a try or even add variations or substitutes that suit you! I try to use organic as much as I can with these ingredients.

2-3 handfuls of spinach leaves

1 banana

handful of frozen or fresh blueberries and strawberries

chia seeds

1/2 cup of almond milk

leftover coffee (yes! I'll add some caffeine wherever I can!)

dash of cinnamon

spoonful of peanut butter

I also add some ice

Combine and blend! Enjoy!!
