An easy, healthy alternative to your tuna fish sandwich.
2 cans of tuna, drained and flaked with fork
3 T mayo of your choice or substitute
1 T Spicy Mustard or Dijon
2 celery stalks chopped
1/4 red onion chopped
S&P to taste
Spoon freshly or pre-made tuna fish onto thin apple slices for a low carb lunch option! Top it off with slices of avocado if you wanna get fancy, delicious!
